1. Acceptance

By creating a BossTrade account or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Service Description

BossTrade is a software platform that provides automated trading tools, technical analysis, and AI-powered market insights. We are not a broker, exchange, financial adviser, or custodian. All trades execute through your own exchange account using API keys you provide.

3. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance — including backtest results — does not guarantee future results. BossTrade's automated systems can and do lose money. You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose entirely. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice.

4. API Keys & Account Security

• You must use trade-only API keys with withdrawals disabled.
• You are responsible for the security of your exchange account and API keys.
• BossTrade encrypts stored keys but cannot guarantee absolute security against all threats.
• You must not share your BossTrade account credentials with others.

5. Billing & Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.
• A one-time registration fee may apply on first activation.
• All plans include a 7-day free trial.
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

6. Referral Program

Referral commissions (25% L1, 5% L2) are earned on active subscriptions. Payouts require a minimum balance of $50 and are processed monthly. Self-referral or fraudulent activity will result in forfeiture of commissions and potential account termination.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use BossTrade to: reverse-engineer the scoring algorithm; attempt to manipulate markets; resell access; or violate applicable laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

BossTrade is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for trading losses, exchange downtime, API failures, or any indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or any reason with reasonable notice. You may delete your account at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
